HOUSE OF ICONS — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," "you," or "your") and House of Icons, a division of Leveaux Group, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware ("Company," "Leveaux Group," "House of Icons," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website at thehouseoficons.co, the Authority Platform, Expert Registry at expertregistry.co, and all related products, services, content, and offerings (collectively, the "Services").

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, MAKING ANY PURCHASE, COMPLETING ANY CHECKOUT PROCESS, CLICKING ANY "I AGREE," "SUBMIT," "PURCHASE," OR SIMILAR BUTTON, OR OTHERWISE INDICATING ACCEPTANCE IN ANY FORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• (a) You have read these Terms in their entirety;
• (b) You understand these Terms fully;
• (c) You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• (d) You understand and accept the no-refund policy set forth in Section 6 of these Terms without exception or reservation.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, INCLUDING THE NO-REFUND POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES AND DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE.

2. Description of Services

House of Icons, a division of Leveaux Group, Inc., is a personal brand and authority-building agency operating under the Icon Authority Framework. We provide the following products and services:

• Authority Platform: A white-labeled software-as-a-service platform providing CRM, email automation, landing page building, course hosting, billing management, pipeline management, analytics, done-for-you templates, Expert Registry listing, and related tools for executives, founders, and experts.
• Authority Architecture: A done-for-you monthly service in which House of Icons builds and manages marketing systems, email campaigns, landing pages, automations, CRM organization, content strategy, and related functions on behalf of the client.
• Authority Concierge: A comprehensive, application-only authority-building program delivered over one year, including ghostwritten book, Amazon bestseller campaign, complete brand development, celebrity-level photo shoot production, speaking tour development, media placements, publicity campaign, and related services.
• Expert Registry: A curated directory at expertregistry.co connecting experts, executives, and founders with event planners, media outlets, and speaking opportunities.
• Additional Services: Consulting, advisory services, webinars, workshops, live events, digital products, courses, downloadable content, and any other offerings made available through our platforms or directly by House of Icons or Leveaux Group, Inc.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law to use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a business entity, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority and legal right to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall include that entity.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. House of Icons and Leveaux Group, Inc. reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse access to accounts at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, without liability to you.

5. Purchases and Payment

• Pricing: All prices for our Services are listed in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated. Leveaux Group, Inc. and House of Icons reserve the right to change pricing at any time at our sole discretion. Introductory pricing, promotional rates, and limited availability offers apply only as explicitly stated and only for the duration or quantity specified.
• Payment Authorization: By completing a purchase, you authorize House of Icons, Leveaux Group, Inc., or our designated third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the full purchase amount, including any applicable taxes and fees. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and that the payment information you submit is true, correct, and complete.
• Recurring Billing: Certain Services, including the Authority Platform and Authority Architecture, are billed on a recurring subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize us to automatically charge your designated payment method at the frequency and amount specified at the time of purchase and at any updated amount following proper notice, until the subscription is canceled in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
• Failed Payments: If any payment fails or is declined, House of Icons and Leveaux Group, Inc. reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the applicable Services until all outstanding balances are resolved. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from suspension or termination due to payment failure.
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your purchase, except where House of Icons or Leveaux Group, Inc. is required by law to collect and remit such taxes.

7. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting House of Icons at info@thehouseoficons.co or 405-757-0164. Please allow up to five business days for cancellation processing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features through the conclusion of the paid period for which you have already been charged. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or any other reason upon cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All content, materials, software, design elements, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, frameworks, methodologies — including the Icon Authority Framework — and other intellectual property made available through our Services or associated with Leveaux Group, Inc. or House of Icons are the exclusive property of Leveaux Group, Inc. or our respective licensors and are protected by applicable federal, state, and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, sublicense, or otherwise use our intellectual property for any purpose without the express prior written permission of Leveaux Group, Inc.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content, materials, or data you submit, upload, or otherwise provide through our Services. By submitting content, you grant Leveaux Group, Inc. and House of Icons a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.
• Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you provide to Leveaux Group, Inc. or House of Icons regarding the Services may be used by us freely and without restriction, compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.

9. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Leveaux Group, Inc., House of Icons, or any third party
• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, spam, or junk mail
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services, systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of our Services
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Services
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation with any person or entity
• Use our Services, branding, intellectual property, or methodologies to build a competing business without our express prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of our Services

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leveaux Group, Inc., House of Icons, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your access to or use of the Services, your content, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or your actual state or country of residence.

• Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any purchase made from Leveaux Group, Inc. or House of Icons — including disputes regarding the existence, validity, or enforceability of these Terms or this arbitration clause — shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware. The decision and award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Class Action Waiver: YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST LEVEAUX GROUP, INC. OR HOUSE OF ICONS. ALL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
• Exceptions: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened misappropriation or infringement of intellectual property rights.

15. Termination

Leveaux Group, Inc. and House of Icons reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation the no-refund policy, intellectual property provisions, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

16. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with, reference, or provide links to third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services. Leveaux Group, Inc. and House of Icons have no control over and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, or security of any third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and governed solely by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Leveaux Group, Inc. and House of Icons shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions or restrictions, labor disputes, power outages, internet or telecommunications disruptions, third-party service failures, or any other event of force majeure.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms, policies, or agreements specific to particular Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leveaux Group, Inc. and House of Icons with respect to the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

19. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not reasonably possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by any such modification or severance.

The failure of Leveaux Group, Inc. or House of Icons to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute or be deemed a waiver of such right or provision on that or any future occasion.

20. Changes to These Terms

Leveaux Group, Inc. and House of Icons reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
