House of Icons was not built from a straight path.
It was built from a parking lot.
In 2013, House of Icons founder Asa Leveaux drove from Oklahoma City to San Diego with barely enough money to survive. He slept in a hostel parking lot on night one. Took a shower, stored his bags, and walked to a conference that changed everything.
That day, someone said something he had never heard before.
"People will pay you for what you know. Not just what you do."
He could not unsee it. He still can not.
Everything House of Icons builds is downstream from that moment.

The Architect
Meet Asa Leveaux.
Icon Architect. Founder. Your money cousin.
Asa Leveaux is not a personal branding guru. He is not a life coach. He is not a motivational speaker who discovered content creation.
He is someone who has been monetizing expertise since 2013 — before the personal brand industry had a name for what he was doing — and who has built, failed, rebuilt, and refined every piece of the system House of Icons now offers.
He started selling candy in Children's Church at nine years old. Was cutting grass door to door at twelve. Crocheted weaves in the neighborhood girls' hair while watching Martin in the den. Had a daycare licensed for over 100 children, a retail store selling Divine Nine fraternal regalia, and a commercial janitorial company — all before he was thirty.
He deployed to Afghanistan three times and Iraq once as an Army officer. Went through Officer Candidate School in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Served before Don't Ask Don't Tell was repealed — and understood deeply what it meant to show up fully in rooms that were not always built for you.
He published his first book in 2013 — Why I Won't Hire Black People — which was designed to get more Black people hired, not fewer, and which landed him on radio shows, podcasts, and stages before he knew that was the plan.
He trained the managers of every T-Mobile store in Oklahoma City — because the CEO dropped f-bombs in every internal video and they needed someone who fit the culture. He trained the Mercedes-Benz sales team. He spoke on international stages including the Kingdom of Bahrain. He was featured in Forbes, Black Enterprise, and the Huffington Post. He has published seven books including Amazon bestsellers Fuck Humble and Fuck Balance.
And he closed a client the same night a landlord handed him an eviction notice and sat in the front row of his speaking engagement.
He did not stop. He delivered. He closed. He had the rent paid in under eight hours.
That is who built House of Icons.
Not someone who studied authority building from the outside. Someone who has lived every stage of it — from the parking lot to the stage — and built a system from everything he learned along the way.
Our Purpose
Why House of Icons exists.
House of Icons exists because too many brilliant experts are invisible.
Not because they lack talent. Not because they lack knowledge. Not because they lack the track record or the results or the credential that should be getting them in the room.
Because they lack infrastructure.
We have watched executives with decades of experience manage five disconnected tools that do not talk to each other. We have watched founders with proven results post every day into a void with no system to capture who shows up. We have watched experts with knowledge that could transform entire industries stay stuck at income levels that do not match what they actually know.
The expert economy is projected to reach $528 billion by 2030. Growing at 22.5% every single year. 81% of decision makers use thought leadership content to decide who they hire and trust. And only 17% of experts have any real system to show up for them.
That gap is why House of Icons exists.
We are not here to make you famous. We are here to make sure the right people can find you — and that when they do, your infrastructure is ready to convert their attention into income.
Our Principles
What we believe at House of Icons.
01. We believe false humility is a tax on expertise.
Say what you know. Help the people. You can be gracious and kind and charming — and still refuse to shrink yourself for rooms that are not ready for you. We do not teach humble. We teach authority.
02. We believe infrastructure beats information every time.
You do not need more coaching. You do not need more advice. You need a system that does the work. House of Icons builds systems. Not dependencies.
03. We believe joy is a strategy.
Not a reward. Not a destination. A strategy. We build businesses around lives people actually want to live — not lives built around businesses that consume them.
04. We believe your expertise already has market value.
Right now. Today. Without adding a single new certification or credential. The only thing missing is the system that proves it to the market.
05. We believe your tests are for friends and your testimonies are for fans.
Everything we share — every story every lesson every vulnerability — we have already survived. We show up as ourselves. Fully. Without code switching. Because the conversation at the patio deck of a gay club and the conversation in a corporate training room should sound like the same person. Because it is.
The Movement
House of Icons is more than an agency.
It is a movement.
We are building something beyond the business.
Our nonprofit arm — dedicated to eradicating human pain and suffering through financial, emotional, and mental resources. We have helped trans people legally change their names through the Phoenix Scholarship. We have done food giveaways during COVID. We have bought Sunday groceries for people who needed it through the Sunday Dinner Love program.
Our vision for a global network of supportive spaces for queer individuals — with access to business resources, legal assistance, and community support. It is dormant right now. It gets funded as House of Icons grows.
Coming soon — to help kids access music and the arts regardless of what is happening at home. Because our founder's clarinet was repossessed in the middle of band class when he was a teenager. And that should not happen to any kid.
Every dollar House of Icons generates is an investment in something bigger than a business.
That is why the work matters beyond the money.
